Nevada’s “First Response Broadcaster” legislation allows certified staff from Nevada Radio and TV stations access to critical sites in times of emergencies impacting Nevada citizens. The legislation provides for key personnel to cross police lines in designated counties, if necessary, to keep stations on-the-air during emergencies.
