The Nevada AMBER Alert Program, begun in June 2003, is a cooperative effort of the following organizations.
- Nevada Department of Justice
- Nevada Child Seekers
- National Center for Missing and Exploited Children
- Nevada EAS Committee
- Office of the Nevada Attorney General
- Nevada Broadcasters Association and of course, Nevada broadcast stations statewide
