About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, mission-driven fundraising leader to oversee Major Gifts, Foundation Donations, and Planned Giving at Vegas PBS. This position reports directly to the President and General Manager and plays a key role in advancing initiatives across education, local programming, community outreach, capital needs, and more. You would also serve as the primary liaison to the Southern Nevada Public Television Planned Giving Council.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $98,952 – $126,144, based on experience and qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or a related field; or current CCSD professional-technical employee
5 years’ experience leading development teams and securing major/planned gifts
5 years’ supervisory experience managing people, budgets, and donor databases
Demonstrated ability to build donor relationships and develop data-informed proposals
Familiarity with nonprofit software and fundraising tools
Reliable transportation
CFRE certification (or ability to obtain within one year of hire)
