As our Administrative Assistant you will be the ultimate utility player helping our team in all aspects from creating sales proposals and media kits, writing commercials, entering sales orders, collections, coordinating production, event planning assistance, creating digital content, offering business administrative help and more.

Qualifications include: Customer Service experience with a friendly, confident and upbeat personality, and data entry / graphic design experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Canva.  Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
