And unlike syndicated programs, we bring fresh perspectives by rotating our teachers and pastors every three months, ensuring a constant stream of variety.
Responsibilities: This full-time position presents a remarkable opportunity to stretch and enhance your skills in a diverse range of programming and operations functions. As a valued member of our small yet passionate team, you’ll assist and collaborate with the Program Director, contributing to planning and producing creative programs, developing imaging and promos, hosting your own music shift, performing administrative tasks, managing and developing operational workflows, and overseeing quality control of the air sound and online digital assets. Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in training staff on voicetracks and broadcast software operations, including production, music scheduling, and automation.
Qualifications: To excel in this position, candidates should possess a broad understanding of radio and be driven by the prospect of creating meaningful programming centered around Christ, the Bible, and the Christian faith. Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities are essential. We value spiritual maturity and require a minimum of 3 years of radio experience. While additional experience and a college degree are preferred, they are not essential.
