Essential Job Functions Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 75 Creates television/non news promotions/topicals segments, including all aspects of production. Writes, shoots, edits, creates graphics. 25 Works with Sales, News, Community Affairs to manage client relationships and expectations. 100

Experience: Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements \| All must be met to be considered. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or equivalent training and/or experience. Experience: Two years commercial television experience. Commercial production experience and/or advertising agency experience a plus.
Requirements: Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Talented producer who can shoot and edit compelling TV spots and long form videos. Strong writer who can write engaging, punchy scripts. Must be experienced with 4K and HD workflows. Team player who can work closely with multiple departments. Fluent in non-linear editing platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud. Must know 3 point lighting. Web proficient and social media savvy a plus. Familiar with creating 3D graphics a plus. Familiarity with media file compressions and codecs a plus.
